- Provided Service
Bergaliv AB, 556311-6127, with address info@bergaliv.se and phone +46 278 261 21 (Bergaliv), provides rooms (”loft house”) for short-term stay overnight on the Åsberget Mountain by Orbaden in the province of Hälsingland, Sweden. The loft house is equipped with beds (futon matrasses), bed linen, electricity, light, electrical heating, refrigerator, cool water, electric kettle and a combustion toilet. One breakfast per person is included in the price.
- Intellectual Property
Information on the website www.bergaliv.se and in the loft house are provided by Bergaliv. Copying, forwarding or use of pictures, text, architectural drawings or other information without Bergaliv´s permission is prohibited.
- Prices
Prices are indicated including VAT in Swedish Krona (SEK). The check-out information in the website cart indicates the total price including all fees.
- Booking
Booking can be made in a calendar available on the website. The booking is binding for the guest and/or the guest´s representative according to prescriptions in law and these conditions. The booking is binding for Bergaliv from written confirmation provided by Bergaliv (time of contract).
- Payment
Payment shall be carried out by credit card or other means of payment according to instructions on the website.
- Gift Cards
A gift card is valid until two years from date of issue.
- Cancellation
The guest is entitled to cancel och change a booking by notifying Bergaliv within 14 days from time of contract, but not later than one week before arrival.
- Check-in
Check-in and exchange of key and/or code for lock are to be done during the day of arrival in location instructed by Bergaliv by confirmation of the booking. The loft house is available for the guest from 3 pm at the date of arrival.
- Check-out
The loft house shall be left no later than 11 am at the day of check-out. After the stay, the key or the code for lock is to be returned to the same place as by check-in, or in accordance to instruction from Bergaliv.
- Complaint
If the guest wants to claim imperfection in the service provided by Bergaliv, he or she shall notify Bergaliv within reasonable time.
- Personal data
By booking, the guest admits Bergaliv to deal with personal data. The purpose hereof is to make conventional guest administration possible. Bergaliv is obliged to handle guest data correctly and in compliance with good moral.
- The guest´s usage of the loft house
During his/her stay the guest is liable to show respect for the surrounding nature and to take good care of the loft house and its movables. Smoking is forbidden indoors as well as on the loft. Bergaliv provides single use slippers or shoe covers to be used indoors. The guest is responsible for compensation in case of damage due to negligence by him/her or by someone of his/her companions. In case of damage, the guest is obliged to inform Bergaliv immediately.
- Children
Children are not allowed to stay in the loft house unless companied by an adult. In particular, the guest is obliged to see to it that children don´t enter the loft, the stairs or the footbridge outside the door without immediate supervision by an adult.
- Applicable law
In dubio, the Swedish version of these terms and conditions has preference over a translation. Swedish law is applicable in all matters not regulated by the terms and conditions. A dispute that cannot be solved by a mutual agreement shall be submitted to court. The parties are liable to participate in a mediation procedure by a mediator appointed by the court.
